Cherry red in colour, with an intense depth and garnet red hues. Tremendous aromatic complexity and intensity where ripe red and black fruit are accompanied by mineral and spicy notes such as cinnamon or black pepper. Fruit of barrel-ageing, we can find balsamic, chocolate or toffee notes. On the palate, it’s a long and persistent wine that gives off fresh and velvety sensations where ripe fruit once again dominates (blackcurrant, blackberries).
