Tomás Postigo Verdejo Fermentado en Barrica Golden yellow with golden reflections, very clean and bright. On the nose, one notes ripe fruit (stone fruit), white flowers, accompanied by notes of freshly cut grass, notes reminiscent of fine pastries, honey and vanilla spices resulting from working with lees. This is a wine with a lot of weight and structure in the mouth. It is juicy and enveloping, very long as the wood notes flow in an elegant way.
