Single variety Tempranillo likened by its colour and power to a young wine, softened with liquorice sensations after aging in French oak barrel for 6 months.Thermal controlled alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. High intensity, clean and bright. Ripe fruit with hints of licorice. Good body and well balanced. This wine shows us the precise meeting point between its youth and maturity. As a sign of its freshness, we appreciate its bright, and after resting 6 months in the winery’s fretworks, it shows notes of liquorice and balsamic with a well balanced mouth.
