100% Bonarda grapes for the Santa Rosa area in Maipu. The grapes are grown in very old high parrals that protect the thin-skinned berries from the intense sunlight. This wine is vinified to display the characteristic traditional style achieved from Bonarda grapes of old age, with gentle extraction and fermentation, and aging for 8-9 months in second-use French and American oak barrels. This wine presents an intense ruby color with purple hues. Very intense aromas of black licorice and gentle notes of vanilla and chocolate, from the months of age in aging. It displays very elegant tannins with a persistent finish
