Gallina de Piel Mazapé Blanco is a single-vineyard white wine from the Canary Islands Protected Designation of Origin (Tenerife), crafted by former El Bulli sommelier David Seijas from Gual (70%) and Vijariego Blanco (30%) grapes grown in volcanic vineyards. It stands out for its aging on lees in concrete eggs and oak barrels, offering a complex, silky, and mineral profile with notes of tropical fruit and smoky hints. Extremely small vintage – less than 500 bottles.
