Another fine wine by David Seijas, former Sommelier of El Bulli in Roses, Spain (three Michelin stars). Notes of lemon, peach, Granny Smith apple, Carballiño reeds, chamomile, and jasmine. A blend of Albarin Blanco (84%), Loureiro (8%), Godello (7%) and Treixadura (1%).
