Esclafit de Gallina de Piel is a signature red wine from the Priorat DOCa, crafted by David Seijas, former sommelier at El Bulli. It's a blend of predominantly Cariñena (70%) and Garnacha (30%) grapes, aiming to offer a "Priorat 2.0": fresher, more elegant, and more drinkable, with notes of dark fruit, spices, and minerality.
