Winemaker Oscar Aragón returns to traditional Ribera del Duero winemaking with fermentations in concrete vats (which, in his opinion, has a considerable impact on the style of the wine), the addition of small amounts of Albillo blanco to the reds, and the Wine aging in old underground cellars.
It’s an aged white wine made by one of the leading wineries advocating for the Albillo Mayor grape and white wines from Ribera del Duero. It combines elegance and power, with spicy, smoky, and mineral touches.
