Bodega Aitaren Upategia exclusively produces Txakoli wines made with estate-grown 100% Hondarribi Zuri grape and the Getariako Txakoliña designation of origin. Pale green with bright hints. Strong aromas of ripe white fruit, almost tropical, on the nose, along with minerals, slightly salty touches. Very subtle touch of wood. Pleasant and fresh on the palate. Good fat structure, well integrated acidity With a slight carbonic touch, a persistent finish and a pleasant aftertaste.
