Alta Pavina Verdejo

Pavina Verdejo 2019 is a white wine from the Alta Pavina winery, produced under the IGP Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León designtion. It is a monovarietal, made up of 100% Verdejo grapes. The fermentation phase of Pavina Verdejo wine is carried out in stainless steel tanks, using local yeasts from the area at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Pavina Blanco does not undergo oak treatment. Pale yellow, with a greenish tinge in the glass. On the nose intense and powerful, with citrus and tropical fruit typical of the variety, as well as herbaceous nuances and white flowers. The palette is nicely structured – soft and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Medium-high acidity pairs well with a pleasing minerality. Pairs well with seafood and tapas.
