Vincent’s Gandia Ceramic Monastrell

Inky garnet in color, this wine offers aromas of black cherry, butterscotch and sage. Eleven months in oak and final aging in clay vats has added a healthy dose of palpable tannins that come bearing flavors of black cherry, blackberry, clove, rose petal and soft notes of dried thyme and oregano. As tannins fade on the palate, orange zest and olive paste dominate the lengthy finish.
