Pazo Baion

Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. It stands out due to its intense varietal perfume, with white-flower (orange blossom and jasmine) and fruit aromas, with a predominance of citrus fruits (grapefruit, tangerine) against a background of white fruit (apple, pear). On the palate, it is refreshing and balanced, with a fine structure, enveloping, mineral, with a long finish and a very aromatic, persistent finish.
