Another fine wine by David Seijas, former Sommelier of El Bulli in Roses, Spain (three Michelin stars). 98% garnacha tinta, 2% other red varieties (Monastrell, Provechón and others). Notes of black amber plum, blueberries, blackberries, borage flower and thyme, with a menthol background.
