Domaine Mosnier Antic

This Cuvée from the Beauroy Premier Cru goes through a vinification in amphora. The idea is to round off the palate whilst conserving the mineral structure. Light and shiny gold color, generous nose of fresh butter and toasted almond, followed by seductive notes of lime blossom and exotic fruits. Gourmet and generous attack, almond and stewed citrus, supple, powerful palate delicately returning to a long lingering freshness. Final on the minerality giving this wine balance and finesse.
