DCC is the epitome of two decades of dedication and passion for the land. This fifth edition, a limited production, is made from five organic grape varieties, predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, meticulously selected in the La Lajuela micro-valley in the renowned Colchagua Valley.
The harvest, carried out by hand, includes a rigorous double selection in the winery to guarantee the excellence of each bunch. The wine ages for 700 days in French oak barrels, giving it incomparable elegance, robustness, and depth.
In the glass, it displays an intense dark red with complex aromas of berries, subtle toasted notes, ripe strawberries, dried figs, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sophisticated, with pronounced notes of cherry and coffee, while its long, refined tannins lead to a memorable finish.
