CM Prestigio by Carlos Moro is a complex and very long wine with volume. It stands out for its harmony and elegance, result of the good selection of woods that provide this balance between the aromas of black ripe fruit and the notes of the ageing. Made from Tempranillo from different farms located at around 600 meters of altitude, mainly planted on clay loam soils, with ages between 35 and 80. The harvest is performed by hand. Grapes are placed in 12-kg boxes, with a double-selection table (bunches and grapes). It goes through the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature (26ºC) for 10-14 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The ageing takes place for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels.
