The rich taste of the wine is filled with sweet tannins, hints of fresh black fruit, oak tones that frame, roasted coffee and spices. Despite the strength of the wine leaves a fresh silky finish. The basis for all the wines of this series was the Tempranillo grape varieties, whose yields were obtained with the 75-year-old vines. Its fermentation tank of stainless steel is held at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C and it lasts about 10 days, after which a further 15 days takes maceration. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats of French oak Allier. Ends the process of wine making double exposure: in French oak barrels for 18 months and still the same – in bottles.
