Produced by Perez Barquero, this Non-Vintage (NV) La Canada is made from Pedro Ximenez (PX) grapes that grow on vines planted in the Moriles Mountains called Cerro de La Canada, which translates to "the canyon hill." The wine is aged oxidatively in the tradition Spanish solera system. It's bottled at an average of 25 years old after all the blending of various vintages.
