Livius Garnacha from Bodegas Alvia is an intense and aromatic red wine from the Rioja. This Spanish top wine just explodes with an aroma of red fruits. Soon after elegant flavors such as cocoa and tobacco evolve and surprise the nose as well as the palate. Thereupon, a scent scent of raspberries stream into the the nose. The overall palate is fresh but also round and full-bodied at the same time. And then nice aromas of red and dark berries dominate the fresh and harmonious taste. Finally, hints of chocolate, vanilla and licorice take over the taste in the long and enduring finish. An overall well-done red wine from the Rioja.
