Livius Graciano Rioja 2014

Wine produced using Graciano red grapes. The Graciano variety is a minority in La Rioja and there are very few productive hectares. Grapes are hand-harvested in 15 kg plastic boxes. Wine ages in new barrels of different origins such as French, Hungarian and American oak from 18 to 24 months prior to its subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Dark cherry red colour with hints of pencil lead. This wine is very complex in the nose with balsamic, mint, ripe fruit, plum and preserve aromas. Powerful in the mouth with a good fruit-acidity balance and perfectly integrated woody notes. Long, fresh finish.
