Wine is produced using only those grapes which come from 70 Hectares of owned vineyards which are DOCG (“Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed” ) and DOC, (“Denomination of Origin Controlled”). Bright yellow colour. Red apples and juicy lemons bring along crispness followed by a mushroomy and yeasty finish.
