It is a very elegant wine that ferments for 6 months in always new fine-grained barrels with batoning of its lees to obtain a very fresh, young, deep and long wine, which improves a lot over time. After fermentation, it remains for 6 more months in the same barrel on its fine fermentation lees, to achieve a unctuous, elegant and unforgettable wine.
