30-year-old vines of Cabernet Franc awaken the senses with aromas of crushed black fruits, rosy spice, and sweet herbs. Incredibly silky on the palate, gentle tannins sneak up on you at the end, extending the wine into an impressively long finish. Fermentation in concrete eggs, followed by 8 months of aging in Italian amphorae. No fining, nor filtration.
