Fariña Campus Gothorum Toro

Intense garnet red color. Aromas of licorice, very ripe cherries and apricots, and scrub flowers such as cistus and thyme are appreciated. Notes of tobacco, pepper and toffee. The “top of the range” wine and one of the most recognized from Fariña. Made with Tinta de Toro from 6 plots of old vineyards, harvested by hand, and aged for 15 months. Pairs with all kinds of dishes with intense flavors, especially red meats and aged cheeses.
