Welcome to Women Empowerment Wednesday!

Please join us on Wednesday, October 7th for an empowering evening with Vanessa Blanco-Banos, real estate attorney and President of the Junior League of Miami.

Vanessa has practiced law for 20 years and has proudly served the Junior League of Miami for the past decade. As President, she leads an organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Deeply committed to civic engagement, Vanessa is passionate about community service, mentorship, and empowering women to step into their leadership potential – paying forward the mentorship that helped shape her own journey.

Vanessa earned her Bachelor’s in English from Florida International University, her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.

Alongside her husband, Javier, she owns and operates The Grove Title & Trust, PLLC in Coconut Grove.

Vanessa’s commitment to service extends beyond the Junior League. Vanessa has served as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteered extensively in her children’s schools, and currently mentors young women at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy and University of Florida students through the UF Hispanic Alumni Association.

Vanessa will be interviewed by Tara Auclair, Director of Development for SSJ Health Foundation. Tara and Vanessa will discuss women in leadership, mentorship, community service, professional life, and developing the next generation of women leaders.
