A sophisticated organic wine achieved using the ancient Georgian qvevri method. Vibrant rose-pink in color with notes of cherry, mulberry and a hint of vanilla with a clean easy finish. Only 1,300 bottles of this limited release rosé are available, all signed by twin winemakers Gia and Gela Gamtkitsulashvili.
Enjoy with strawberries, blue cheese, brussel sprouts with bacon. 60% Rkatsiteli and 40% Saperavi grape from Kakheti.
